Shipping Charges
Civic ArtWorks ships all packages via the United States Postal Service. The shopping cart will calculate the total shipping charges based on the order total and destination during the Check Out process. You will be given an opportunity to cancel your order after the shipping charges have been calculated but before you are billed.
Processing Time
All orders will be processed within two weeks. In the unlikely event that a particular order will be delayed in processing longer than two weeks, you will receive an email with an apology, a statement of the cause of delay, an expected date of shipment, and an offer to cancel the order and refund the full payment.

Shipping cost: $19.95 per order

Shipping cost: $34.95 per order

Please Note: Customs duties and other import taxes on orders shipped outside the United States are the responsibility of the customer. Art shipping fees do not include taxes or importing fees.

Shipping Damage
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, please send an email to info@civicartworks.com stating the nature of damage to the carton and contents so we can process a replacement order.
Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days and receive replacement or full refund for the purchase price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded. To return your item(s) pack them in the original tube or box along with a copy of either the packing slip or emailed order receipt. Provide a brief description as to the reason for return and note whether the return is for refund or exchange. Please send to:
